Schema Therapy is a therapeutic approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with elements from various other modalities, including psychoanalysis. It is tailored for individuals who find themselves trapped in repetitive patterns of unproductive emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

In Schema Therapy, we delve into the core schemas and coping strategies that you've developed throughout your life. This allows us to understand more profoundly why you think and act the way you do, providing insights into the root causes of your challenges.
